💘 read eero and aline saarinen's valentines. he was an incredible architect, she was a fantastic art and architecture critic, and their love letters are wonderful. my fav is the last line of the 2nd. 

🍞 stooped successfully. i eat toast everyday and in a rash late night move, bought this toaster to up my game. it was enormous, soo silly in my apt. but it was pricey to return, so i put it out on my street. gone in an hour! i hope it's living large in someone's bigger kitchen. 

🛥️ went on a boat ride around lower manhattan. as a huge fan of nyc's ferry system in the summer, i'm here to report that a winter ride is just as lovely. you come so close to the statue of liberty! highly rec classic harbor line. 

~ bonus section ~ 

💃 an ode to early dance parties 💃 for fotn lwam rafel's bday, we went to a venue designed for exhausted millennials. dancing started at 5, ended at 10, and pizza was constantly handed out, hot from the box. all 3 floors of ppl knew every word to all star by smash mouth. 20/10.
