tiny newsletter edition #16: variety pack!

hi friends,

i'm on my way to florida to stay with my grandparents for a week! i'm excited to spend time with them, see the sun, and ideally be productive since i'll be wfh (their home) lol.

this week, i...

✅ registered for tsa pre check. i used to be very anti tsa pre check, bcuz i did not like the idea of the gov having my fingerprints. (you never know!) however, in december i came back from mexico city and as i approached the customs deck they scanned my face and knew my name. i am still upset about this...but i'm coping by choosing shorter lines. plus, my credit card waives the fee. the appt took 10 mins and they approved me 3 days later, speedy!

📺 watched search party. and tbh i'm having a rly hard time getting into it. i know it's satire...but every time i watch it i get so anxious! is this just me? should i keep trying? i'm 6 episodes in, plz advise.

🎂 celebrated my mom's 62nd bday! my dad and i made her passover sponge cake and i picked up hot pink 6 and 2 balloons from party city. the balloons were a smash hit, beyond her gift/dinner/etc. maybe someone in your life would like them on their bday too?

~ bonus section ~

❄️ it may be april, but it snowed here this week ❄️ at first i was upset, but then i realized it was an excuse to wear my favorite mittens! friend of the newsletter, mary ollen, has a custom knitting biz and i ordered 'hi 5' mittens to match my favorite mask in peak y1 covid. i sent her this and she made these – coolest ever!! dm her if you're looking for a special knit something too, for yourself or as a truly incredible gift.

💌 and that's the tiny letter! thank you for reading, xo aud
