📚 read the brief wondrous life of oscar wao by junot diaz. a story about generational curses and love in which the footnotes are as entertaining as the plot. made me want to practice my rusty spanish w lines like tarde venientibus ossa (to the latecomers are left the bones (!)).

🥦 cooked broccoli pesto pasta. k i feel like it isn’t real pesto if the walnuts are sprinkled on top vs in the sauce and also there's no basil?? but tasty and easy, i'd make this again. 

🎧 listened to call me when you break up. idc about benny blanco but selena and gracie made a fun summery bop. “oh, you picked up, um."
