🎁 tiny newsletter #147: tiny's third annual holiday gift guide!!

hey hey,

some things never change, i still love giving gifts! i keep a note running in my phone all yr long and whenever someone i love mentions something they want, i write it down. but if you happen to be stuck, i have a few ideas for you:

🌰 treats you can eat πŸŒ° farm-fresh chestnuts, my fav olives, gorgeous raisins i swear. panettone shortbread buttons, fancy french butter, or excellent gf bread. delicious cheese (1,2), next level broth, hot fudge i want to try, or mustard in a gold bucket.

πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ³ tools for the kitchen πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ³ an immersion blender for soups, a v cute espresso maker, the tiniest can opener i've ever seen. pre-cut parchment paper, a stunning cutting board, an offset spatula, an oven thermometer. a batch of vanilla sugar, a cookbook you love (1,2).

πŸ›‹οΈ things for the home πŸ›‹οΈ peapod pulls, a hedgehog shoe brush, a french milking stool to put this polka dot plant on. stackable mugs that'll last forever, a box cutter cuz scissors rly don't cut it anymore. the best book you read this yr or a leather bound version of their fav.

β˜‚οΈ a little outdoorsy β˜‚️ a duck umbrella, fleece mittens, or bombas socks (i hate their branding but love otherwise). seeded pine cones or a house, adopt a blue footed booby in their name (iconic bird). a chocolate birch branch, regeneratively-grown flour

🎨 artist or art lover πŸŽ¨ paper crowns, lovely colored pencils, or mod podge and a brush for papier-mΓ’chΓ©'ing. pencils that write on glass w/ their sharpener, a cool new tool for cutting cardboard, virtual drawing lessons, or v special paintings by fotn eleonora saravalle.

πŸ‘– fashion etcetera πŸ‘– a beautiful hair clip, the softest beanie, a gemstone bracelet if you won the lottery. pretty loafers, sweatpants that genuinely look like jeans, a teeny scarf. the best of the basic yoga pants, a cashmere hoodie (dream gift tbh), or sparkly socks

πŸš• new york or nowhere πŸš• a 2025 nyc almanac, mta desk lamp, or a citibike membership plus a helmet. loop earplugs for city noise, a donation to the nypl, a guidebook to independent shops, a cast iron pigeon for their apt. or a townhouse – no one would say no!

no matter what you pick this szn, don't forget a card (1, 2). i think all anyone rly wants is a reminder that you love them.

πŸ’Œ and that's the tiny newsletter! thank you for reading, xo aud
